Cancellation and no show fees
Dear Customer,
Cancellations and no shows seriously impact our business. Please note the following when making a booking
Cancellation Policy:
- Gift vouchers: Less than 24 hours' notice may render them null and void.
- Cancellations:
- Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of service fee.
- No-shows: 100% of service fee.
- Future bookings may be affected by cancellations or no-shows.
- Invoices will be sent via email.
Group Bookings:
- A down payment is required to confirm bookings for two or more persons.
